In June 2017, the Chief Minister of Sarawak, Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Openg, announced that Sarawak will establish a state-owned oil and gas exploration company which will work on ‘equal terms’ with Petronas, the national oil company.

Petroleum Sarawak Berhad (Petros) - a Malaysian oil and gas company 100% owned by the state of Sarawak owned by the Sarawak State Government was thus formed on 7th August 2017.

This attracted much attention and generated feverish excitement among Sarawakians that finally, the oil and gas would be ‘flowing home’ as anticipated, as part of the on-going negotiations with Putrajaya  over what belonged to Sarawak, including our Oil & Gas Resources under the Malaysian Agreement, popularly referred to as MA63.

That said, we are then made to understand that ‘Petros is not Petronas’ but will be working with it, AMONG OTHERS, as YAB Chief Minister Datuk Amar Patinggi Abang Johari mentioned that “all these initiatives by the State Government would ensure greater opportunities for Sarawakians and Sarawak companies to participate and invest in the oil and gas industry and to acquire expertise, knowledge and technology that would contribute to the continued growth and development of the oil and gas industry which will contribute to the economic success of the State and of Nation.”

Chairman of Petros, Tan Sri Datuk Amar (Dr) Hamid Bugo added that “we have revisited our purpose – that is to harness our resources for the sustainable progress of Sarawak and deliver on our growth strategy both in the upstream and for downstream Sarawak.” PETROS will be taking over the stewardship role of Sarawak onshore oil and gas activities.

‘State-owned Petroleum Sarawak Bhd (Petros) is expected to award petroleum contracts for the first two onshore blocks in northern Sarawak in first-quarter 2021 - Block SK 433 in the Miri area and Block SK 334 in the Engkabang area south of Marudi.

“We will encourage open bidding,” according to Petros Upstream executive vice-president James Foo, in his presentation on “Harnessing our resources, rejuvenating onshore” at a Sarawak oil & gas briefing for industry players last Friday.

He said Petros intends to package the prospecting licence and mining lease for both Block SK 433 and 334, adding that the petroleum contracts would be based on production/profit sharing between the investor and resource manager (Petros).

“Block SK 433 is the onshore extension of the prolific Baram Delta, which has been producing oil for decades.

Oil exploration and production activities have been concentrated offshore Sarawak where abundant resources have made it more lucrative for investors.

“Petros as onshore manager is to drive a focused programme to assess the remaining hydrocarbon potential for the entire Sarawak onshore aimed at early commercialisation of any discoveries and encourage prospecting and de-risking of frontier areas.

Fast Forward – 2021  PETRA ENERGY, UZMA JV bags E&P contract from Petros for Block SK433 in Sarawak

‘A joint venture (JV) between Petra Energy Bhd and Uzma Bhd has secured a contract from Petroleum Sarawak Bhd (Petros) for the exploration, development and production of petroleum in Block SK433, onshore Sarawak.

According to both companies' filings this evening with the local bourse, the 29-year contract was secured by Petra Energy Development Sdn Bhd (PEDSB) and Uzma Engineering Sdn Bhd (UESB) JV — wholly-owned subsidiaries of Petra Energy and Uzma, respectively.

PEDSB will be the operator of the contract on behalf of the JV. Phase 1 of the job is for an initial period of four years, with a one-year extension option. Phase 2 involves development and production activities, which will start upon the successful outcome of Phase 1.

"The opportunity to explore, produce and develop the onshore block SK433 is a progression and an extension of its activities within the oil and gas industry. In addition, the Petra Energy group has the right capabilities and partner (UESB), bringing expertise and experience spanning sub-surface know-how, well services capabilities and production optimisation," it said.

The value of the contract, however, is not determinable, Petra Energy said, as it is based on the production of the asset, although both companies expect the contract to contribute positively to their future earnings.

‘BUSINESS POLITICS’ or POLITICS in BUSINESS – which is which ?

It is said that business and politics in Malaysia, including Sarawak, are inevitably related, if not ‘intertwined’. While it may be argued that both need each other for a ‘mutual and smooth co-existence’, this relationship is also a potential breeding ground for corrupt practices, notwithstanding the ‘checks and balances’, which are often overlooked, if not ignored for expediency.

Doubts were raised on whether ‘questionable deals’ had been concluded at the expense of prudency and good governance, as noted in the timber and plantation industries. If these were any guide, the oil and gas industry will be no exception, especially when it has all the signs of coming home to roost with the millions, if not billions to be made.

Hence eyebrows were raised among the oil and gas fraternity when Datuk Ibrahim Baki was appointed as a director of Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) on 17th August, 2020.

‘For one, while Ibrahim is not a prominent mainstream politician, he is the deputy secretary-general and supreme council member of Sarawak-based Parti Pesaka Bumiputera.

Since when, have politicians been appointed to the national oil corporation’s board?

Datuk Ibrahim is also executive chairman and non-independent director of Hubline Bhd, with a shareholding of 11.09% in the shipping company.

Hubline was quoted in new reports as saying that ‘the company was eyeing long-term contracts with the Sarawak government and Petronas for the transport of methanol products from an RM8 billion plant that is set to come onstream in Tanjung Kidurong, Bintulu, in 2023’.

While there should not be any objection to Petronas appointing a director from Sarawak, maybe it should consider a candidate with no conflict of interest.

Even though Ibrahim may not be involved in the award of contracts to Hubline, or declare his interest upon joining the board, a director with a major stake in a company bidding for deals with Petronas may make some uneasy.

The appointment of corporate figure Ibrahim Baki, a member of the ruling Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu’s supreme council, as the state’s representative on the Petronas board of directors was also singled out by Parti Sarawak Bersatu member See Chee How who ‘said the state government should have allowed the state assembly to deliberate, debate and decide on the appointment of Sarawak’s representative on the Petronas board.’

See, who is assemblyman for Batu Lintang, reiterated that “the Sarawak government must clarify and explain whether it was consulted and if it had recommended the appointment of Ibrahim to the Petronas board.” [FMT 21st August 2020]

FACT No. 1 – PETROS was formed on 7th August 2017 ‘to ensure greater opportunities for Sarawakians and Sarawak companies to participate and invest in the oil and gas industry’.  

Question : Who are the ‘Sarawakians’ who will really benefit from Petros 

FACT No. 2 -- Datuk Ibrahim Baki, deputy secretary-general and supreme council member of Sarawak-based Parti Pesaka Bumiputera  was appointed as a director of Petroliam Nasional Bhd (Petronas) on 17th August, 2020.

Question : As YAB CM’s close associate and a PBB Deputy Secretary-General and Executive Chairman of Hubline Berhad, whose interests is Datuk Ibrahim Baki’s actually serving, in his capacity as a Director of Petronas ?

FACT No. 3 – With Tan Sri Bustari Yusuf’s Petra Energy Berhad inking a JV with Uzma Berhad to secure a contract from Petroleum Sarawak Bhd (Petros), doesn’t this come across as a ‘business tinged with politics’ or a ‘politics mired in business’ deal ?  

Tan Sri Bustari is well-connected with Umno-BN and KL Leaders. He has the wealth and power to influence the Sarawak ‘political landscape’.

His brother Fadillah Yusuf, the current Minister of works, has been rumoured to be ‘positioned’ as the ‘future Chief Minister of Sarawak’ – if GPS still holds the reins.

Is this a case of – ‘You help me, I help you’ ?

FACT No. 4 – With Petros, Petronas and Petra coming together with a ‘oneness in purpose’ – what holds for the ‘rights and interests’ of ordinary Sarawakians ‘pursuant to MA63’ insofar as our Oil and Gas resources are concerned - if the ‘track record’ of the timber and plantation industries were to taken as a guide ?

We would expect ‘leakages and seepages’ to happen as soon as the oil starts flowing from the wells.

It’s an oily and slippery road ahead for Sarawak with many ‘hands in the gloves’.

As John Travolta would have said – ‘Grease is the word’.

Today, and already for the past few days, garbage bins around Kuching had been filled to the brim, with excess garbage being stuffed all around these over-filled bins.

The cause – 17 employees of the Waste Disposal Company, Trienekiens had been tested positive for Covid-19 and are currently undergoing the mandatory 14-day quarantine. Obviously, the shortage of staff had created havoc on the capability of the garbage collection Team.

As posted on Trienekens’ homepage – ‘Further to the first reported case on 1 June 2021, several more positive cases were reported causing further disruptions to waste collection services.

To plan ahead, the company had taken it upon themselves to carry out a swab testing exercise for the whole Municipal Waste collection team.

A total of 17 employees from the company’s Kuching Logistics & Services Division have tested positive for COVID-19 while more than 60 are under quarantine orders, equalling 40% of the company’s workforce.’

The first incident occurred in early June when a Covid-19 positive case was detected among one of the staff.

Notwithstanding the explanations, why were PROACTIVE measures not put in place to give priority for these employees to be vaccinated first – knowing very well that Garbage Collection within the community will be disrupted should any of these employees be infected and tested positive ?

Isn’t disaster management premised on ‘being prepared for the worst but hoping for the best’ ?  What happenend, Trienekens ?

After taking over waste collection from the respective local councils, we would expect a more professional approach over the ‘civil servant’s more bureaucratic approach. In short, we expect much BETTER !

Often in risk management, we need a major event to wake us up and to get our house in order. This arises from a common human trait of not adequately assessing or managing risk until it happens to us.  Heard that  ?

It is better to look at effective proactive management methods for controlling disaster and emergencies as well as practising proactive, preventive risk management rather than reactive ‘firefighting’ risk management.

On that, it can be said that the ‘happenings’, at Trieneken, though unfortunate, were ‘foreseeable’, if not preventable, wasn’t they? If only more proactive responses were taken into consideration. What happened appeared more reactive then proactive.

An extended period of non-collection of garbage can also pose potential health hazards to the public.

Besides being unsightly, it can also attract flies, rats and be a fertile breeding ground for bacteria. With the rabies outbreak still on-going, stray dogs may soon be appearing to help themselves to the leftovers. This may sound a little speculative but then, there’s still a possibility of such things happening, for ‘without smoke, there will be no fire.’

All said, these unfortunate things did not happen by accident. The lackadaisical approach in nipping potential problems in the bud seem to turn them into real problems. Maybe ‘incompetence’ is the more appropriate description.

It is high time to get all these ‘front-liners’ vaccinated and the government is duty-bound to protect other unwary members of the public who may come into contact with asymptomatic carriers among them.

 While it may sound extreme, a military-like approach should be adopted during this Pandemic. If it isn’t a war, what is it?

On that, SDMC has to think outside the box on how best to bring down the number of positive cases.

However, it does bring ‘prevention is better than cure into focus in that if we were practising good preventive risk management, we should be ready for incidents that may arise.

Vaccination is obviously the priority and best approach to bring down the number of infections.

Otherwise, the efforts and sacrifices may be in vain as we are as good as doing piece-meal fire-fighting and diverting precious resources to putting out endless bushfires.

That may backfire and lead to exhaustion, if not more frustration.

All because of sheer incompetence. We have enough of it.

Datuk Dr Mohamed Sapian Mohamed has been appointed as the new Sarawak State Health Director effective from 14^th June 2021. He replaces Dr Chin Zin Hing who retired on May 21, 2021. Previously, Dr Mohamed Sapian was the Deputy Director of Public Health at Pahang State Health Department (JKN) since 2016. 

While we wish Dr. Chin a happy retirement, we cannot help but question why the State Health Director’s position cannot be filled by another Sarawakian.

When Sarawak joined in the formation of Malaysia together with Malaya, ‘Borneonisation of the public service’ in the state was an objective of the Federation of Malaysia as stated in the Inter-Governmental Committee Report 1962 and recognised in the Malaysia Agreement 1963.

Article 153 of the Federal Constitution requires that the natives of Sabah and Sarawak be treated in the same way as Malays in respect of reservation of quotas in the public service.

Article 39 of the Sarawak Constitution requires the Yang di-Pertua Negeri to ensure the reservation of offices in the public service to natives of such proportion as he deems reasonable.

However, today, anyone who has ever walked into any government department in Sarawak will tell you that ‘Borneonisation’ has been replaced by ‘Malayanisation’ if not ‘Malay-nisation’.
In fact, a cursory glance at the administration will tell us all that we need to know, about discrimination, if not racism while ‘Borneonisation’ has been replaced by ‘Malayanisation’.

Flashback to the early years of Malaysia when Kuala Lumpur tried to impose its ‘Malayanisation’ agenda on Sarawak, the then Deputy Chief Minister of Sarawak stated, “The IGC is a bible in as far as (our) entry into Malaysia is concerned.” It was understood that no state or federal government had the mandate to change these conditions.

Thus, Bornean political leaders referred to the agreed conditions as clauses of a treaty which must be honoured, in words and practice ‘in the spirit of the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63)’. In Sarawak the Inter-Governmental Committee Report was widely regarded as a treaty.

Hence, the depth of Bornean feeling could only be ignored at great risk, more so now when ‘cries for independence’ are growing louder and louder due to the blatantly unfair treatment by the Federal Government which runs contrary to the spirit of MA63 – the perceived lack of ‘Borneonisation of the Civil Service being one of the sore issues after 58 years since the formation of Malaysia in 1963.

Of course, our State Leaders cannot be excused for pretending that they have no control over ‘Federal appointments’. As Kingmakers in the PN Federal Government there is always an even better reason for YAB CM and GPS Leaders to be able to get ‘what we want’ or more precisely, to get what Sarawak rightfully deserves.

Which eligible Sarawakian Medical professional doesn’t wish to be considered for the post of State Health Director? Were any Sarawakian names even being forwarded to PutraJaya for consideration, taking into account that the outgoing State Health Director’s retirement was already public knowledge?
Surely the grooming of potential candidates for the top post would have been an integral part of the ‘continuous process’ of human resource development.

Abang Jo’s statement that “the state government’s main agenda was to safeguard Sarawak’s interests and protect its rights as enshrined in the Federal Constitution and Malaysia Agreement” is admirable, but perhaps, before asking Sarawakians to do likewise, he as Sarawak CM should explain why there appears to be no ‘lobbying’ for a Sarawakian to occupy the vacant top position of State Health Director – with due respect to Datuk Dr Mohamed Sapian Mohamed and MOH DG Tan Sri Noor Hisham Abdullah    ?

Whatever has happened to ‘protecting and safeguarding Sarawak’s rights and interests’, including appointments at Senior Ministry level as in the case of our Sarawak Health Director? If our GPS State Government wants to play the ‘one country two systems’ card, this is the best time to do it – for Fairland Sarawak.

Datuk Amar Douglas Uggah, Tan Sri Datuk Amar Dr. James Jemut Masing,    Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, Prof. Dato Sri Dr. Sim Kui Hian, Datuk Amar Michael Manyin anak Jawong, Datu Dr. Penguang anak Manggil ‘dan lain-lain’ – you are the distinguished leaders in the corridors of Sarawak’s Government.
Surely you cannot remain oblivious to the facts or are you deliberately looking the other way ?

That said, if it had been done before, what is stopping you from ‘advising’ YAB CM to persuade Putajaya to continue the tradition of ‘giving back to Sarawak what belongs to Sarawak’ ?

We have yet to recover much from what Sarawak had lost or given away yet we are still conceding more ground in our bid to recover lost ground.

Sounds confusing, if not silly, doesn’t it ?

Sarawakians expect more from the GPS State Government which keeps over-promising to ‘protect and safeguard Sarawak’s rights and interests’ but continues to fall short when it comes to the crunch ?

Doesn’t that remind us of the saying – “cakap tidak serupa bikin” ?

This does not seem to auger well for Sarawak towards regaining our rights under MA63 if our State Government were to continue being subservient, if not pandering to Putrajaya’s wishes.

Faced with ‘big brother’ in Putrajaya, is it a case of acting like buffalos - what else to do, but follow ?

Wahai rakyat Sarawak,

Sila berikan perhatian penuh anda.

Kami faham bahawa tidak mudah bagi kita untuk BERUBAH, paling tidak untuk mempengaruhi PERUBAHAN.

Lebih-lebih lagi, jika disebutkan bahawa kita perlu MENGUBAH Kerajaan GPS, ada pihak yang tidak akan setuju bahkan akan marah dengan seruan kita untuk "TUKAR Kerajaan GPS".

Namun, kita mesti ingat bahawa sistem demokrasi membenarkan rakyatnya MEMILIH kerajaan dan Pemimpin.

TANGGUNGJAWAB kerajaan adalah untuk membina atau menaik taraf jalan raya, sekolah, klinik, hospital, jambatan, kemudahan awam, perumahan dan termasuklah pemberian bantuan kepada kumpulan sasaran seperti golongan miskin, orang kurang upaya, warga tua, pelajar, perniagaan, penganggur dan juga pesara.

Tabungan dana yang diperoleh kerajaan adalah berasal dari rakyat yang membayar cukai serta hasil dari sumber semula jadi negeri kita. Bukannya dari poket Parti atau Pemimpin.

Oleh itu, berterima kasih kepada Kerajaan kerana menyediakan dan membina kemudahan dan prasarana ini sama dengan mengucapkan terima kasih kepada ATM kerana telah mengeluarkan wang anda sendiri.

Mana-mana pihak yang memimpin kerajaan akan bertanggungjawab untuk melaksanakan semua perkara di atas.

Sekiranya PSB menjadi Kerajaan, perkara ini akan tetap dilaksanakan, malah akan dilaksanakan dengan lebih baik.

TAMBAHAN LAGI, KITA MELIHAT dengan jelas bahawa perubahan parti kerajaan LANGSUNG TIDAK MENCEDERAKAN RAKYAT.

Jadi, jangan takut MENGUBAH kerajaan.

Membuat Kerajaan takut akan menjadikan mereka menunjukkan prestasi yang lebih baik, untuk negara dan Rakyat.

Parti yang menjadi kerajaan baru akan bekerja lebih baik serta lebih keras, kerana ingin diterima oleh rakyat lalu sentiasa disokong pada musim pilihan raya yang akan datang.

Jelas sekali, "PENYAPU YANG BARU AKAN LEBIH BAIK" - ini telah terbukti berulang-ulang kali.

Dengan ‘penyapu’ GPS yang lama, tidakkah kita merasa bahawa kita telah diperbodohkan, hanya sekadar untuk digunakan hanya jika perlu?

Adakah kita masih mahukan mereka?

JIKA kita tidak memberi peluang kepada parti / kepemimpinan lain untuk mentadbir Sarawak, maka kita akan melepaskan peluang untuk melakukan PERUBAHAN - terutama Parti Sarawak yang berpusat di tempatan yang bebas dari pengaruh dan kawalan oleh Rakan Gabungannya seperti dalam gabungan  GPS yang dikuasai PBB.

Kita mesti ingat - "Sekiranya ada yang mungkin lebih baik, kebaikan tidak pernah cukup".

Mungkin kita harus BERFIKIR dengan lebih mendalam dan realistik - adakah Kerajaan Negeri sebelumnya dan semasa di bawah BN / GPS ‘cukup baik’ untuk SARAWAKIANS?

Mari kita melakukan pemeriksaan REALITI - setelah 57 tahun tanpa gangguan Kerajaan dan Kepemimpinan yang sama, kita masih mempunyai sekolah-sekolah usang, kawasan yang tidak mempunyai bekalan elektrik dan air bersih 24 jam sehari, sambungan internet yang teruk, kemiskinan, perwakilan sepihak dalam perkhidmatan awam dan pembangunan 'diskriminasi dan selektif'.

Belum lagi isu BANGSA dan AGAMA di bawah ‘Malayanisation’ Sarawak.

Adakah ini boleh diterima oleh rakyat Sarawak?

Adakah ini boleh diterima oleh 'Fairland Secular Sarawak'?

Sudah tentu tidak !

Namun, mengapa kita takut kepada PERUBAHAN?

Apa yang menghalang kita?

Takut?

Dari apa?

KEBENARAN adalah… ..

"PERUBAHAN" adalah KEMENANGAN Rakyat

Orang yang benar-benar kalah dalam situasi ini adalah Menteri, pengikut dan lintah darat dan parasit GPS.

Ini adalah fakta yang benar jika Kerajaan GPS/BN akan runtuh :

1. Menteri bergaji tinggi yang akan kehilangan jawatan dan yang bergaji besar.

2. Lintah politik dan parasit yang berkembang dengan menggunakan ‘royalti untuk kesetiaan’ yang akan kehilangan faedah dan elaun yang menarik.

3. Kroni GPS / BN yang akan kehilangan peluang ‘menjadi kaya’ untuk mengumpulkan lebih banyak kekayaan dengan mengorbankan orang miskin.

4. Pemimpin Komuniti yang dilantik secara politik dan mereka yang berada di dalam kereta api graviti yang akan kehilangan kedudukan dan peluang lebih jauh untuk mengeksploitasi komuniti mereka sendiri.

5. Proksi yang akan kehilangan "KANTAU" dan pelbagai idea "skim cepat kaya" untuk memperkayakan diri mereka sendiri dan para dermawan sambil memiskinkan rakyat biasa.

Bagaimana dengan RAKYAT?

Rakyat Sarawak perlu mengambil semula hak setelah banyak yang hilang selama 57 tahun disebabkan oleh Kerajaan BN / GPS.

Adakah politik dan Kerajaan GPS / BN mengenai ‘MODENISASI, KEMAJUAN dan PEMBANGUNAN’ benar-benar memberi manfaat kepada masyarakat yang kurang maju dalam kalangan masyarakat Sarawak?

PERUBAHAN adalah PENDAPATAN seperti yang telah dibuktikan oleh sejarah, berulang-ulang kali.

SARAWAKIAN AKAN BERSYUKUR JIKA MELAKUKAN PERUBAHAN.

Komuniti kita, anak-anak kita dan generasi masa depan akan bersyukur, kerana keputusan kita yang berani untuk berbeza dan TERBUKA untuk PERUBAHAN.

PSB maju ke hadapan dan menawarkan diri untuk menjadi medium PERUBAHAN. Alternatif untuk menerajui Sarawak menggantikan GPS.

INGAT - TIADA SEORANG PUN YANG BOLEH MENGUBAH NASIB KITA JIKA BUKAN KITA SENDIRI YANG INGINKAN PERUBAHAN DAN MEMBUAT LANGKAH PERTAMA UNTUK BERUBAH.

Fellow Sarawakians,

Please lend us your ears.

We understand that it is not easy for us to CHANGE, least of all to effect CHANGE. 

What more, if it were mentioned that we need to CHANGE the GPS Government, there are those who will not agree and will even get angry with our calls to "CHANGE the GPS Government".

However, we must remember that a democratic system allows its people the CHOICE to CHANGE the government and Leaders.

It is the DUTY of the government of the day to build or upgrade roads, schools, clinics, hospitals, bridges, public facilities, housing, including the provision of assistance to target-groups like the poor, the disabled, the elderly, students, businesses, unemployed and even retirees.

The funds for all these things come from the people who pay taxes and revenue from our State’s natural resources. Not from the Party or Leaders’ pockets.

Hence, to thank the Government for providing and building these facilities and infrastructure is akin to thanking the ATM for dispensing your own money.

Whichever party leads the government will be responsible for implementing all of the above.  

If PSB becomes the government, these things will still be implemented, if not better implemented.

THEN WE SEE CLEARLY that the change of ruling party is NOT DIRECTLY HARMFUL TO THE PEOPLE.  

So, don't be afraid to CHANGE the government.

Make the Government be afraid so that it will perform even better, for the State and the People.

It is very likely that the party that becomes the new government will work better, if not harder, because it wants to be accepted by the people and be returned in the next elections.  

Obviously, a "A NEW BROOMS SWEEPS BETTER" – this has been proven, time and again.

With the old and existing GPS ‘broom’, don’t we feel that we have been taken for granted, if not for a ride ? 

Do we still want them to ?

IF we do not give another party/leadership a chance to rule Sarawak, then we will miss the opportunity to effect CHANGE – especially a local-based Sarawak Party independent of influence and control by its Coalition Partners as in the PBB-dominated GPS Coalition.

We must remember – “If better were possible, good is never enough”.

Maybe we should THINK more deeply and realistically – are the previous and current State Governments under BN/GPS ‘good enough’ for SARAWAKIANS ?

Let us do a REALITY check - after 57 uninterrupted years of the same Government and Leadership, we still have dilapidated schools, areas without basic 24/7 electricity and clean water supply, poor internet connectivity, poverty, lop-sided representation in the public service and ‘discriminate and selective’ development. 

Not to mention RACE and RELIGIOUS issues under the ‘Malayanisation’ of Sarawak.

Are these acceptable to Sarawakians ?  

Are these acceptable to ‘Fairland Secular Sarawak’ ?

Of course not !

Yet, why do we fear CHANGE ? 

What is holding us back  ?

Fear ? 

Of what?

The TRUTH is …..

"CHANGE” is a People’s VICTORY

THE REAL LOSERS ARE the GPS Ministers, Leaders and their ‘political leeches’ and ‘parasites’.

THESE ARE THE UNDENIABLE FACTS - 

The LOSERS will be……

 1. the highly-paid Ministers who will lose their positions and fat salaries.

 2. the political leeches and sycophants who thrive on ‘royalties for loyalty’ who will lose their attractive perks and allowances.

 3. the GPS/BN cronies who will lose their ‘get-rich’ opportunities to accumulate more wealth at the expense of the impoverished people.

 4. the politically-appointed Community Leaders and those on the gravy train who will lose their positions and further opportunities to exploit their very own communities.

 5. the proxies who will lose their "KANTAU" and their various ‘skim cepat kaya’ ideas to enrich themselves and their benefactors while impoverishing the ordinary folks. 

What about the PEOPLE ? 

Sarawakians have much to gain after so much had been lost over the 57 years of BN/GPS rule.

Have GPS/BN politics and government of ‘MODERNISATION, PROGRESS and DEVELOPMENT’ really benefitted the less-progressive and less-developed among our Sarawak communities?

CHANGE is a GAIN as history had proven, time and again.

SARAWAKIANS WILL BE GRATEFUL.

Our community, our children and our future generations will be grateful, because of our courageous decision to be different and OPT for CHANGE.

PSB offers itself as this vehicle for CHANGE – as the viable alternative government to GPS.

REMEMBER - NO ONE CAN CHANGE OUR FATE UNLESS WE OURSELVES WANT TO CHANGE AND MAKE THAT FIRST STEP TO CHANGE.

If not by fellow Sarawakians, who else ?

If not by us, who ?

If not now, when ?

CHANGE WE MUST.
